Starting therapy is a big step — whether this is your first time or you’ve been in therapy before. It’s important to work with someone who meets you where you are and helps you feel understood and supported.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and individualized. I believe you are the expert on your life, and we can work together to identify your goals and what will feel most helpful for you. I strive to create a non-judgmental, trauma-informed space where you feel safe, respected, and heard.
I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. These tools help you better understand your emotions, build practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
I have experience working with clients over the age of 8 with a particular focus on transitional-age clients (ages 15–30). I support individuals navigating:
- Anxiety
- Mood concerns
- Trauma and difficult life experiences
- Suicidal ideation and self harm
- Life transitions (such as becoming new parents, moving, or changes in school, relationships, work, or health)
- Women’s issues
A little more about me: I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Integrated Health, Mental Health, and Substance Abuse from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and little one, going for walks, and playing games.
I work in the Plymouth office Wednesday and Friday afternoons and evenings. Hours subject to change.
