$230 for the Initial Intake.
$175 for 45-minute appointments that follow.
$215 for 60-minute and family appointments that follow.
$125 for 30-minute appointments that follow.

PhD Level Clinicians
$250 for the Initial Intake
$190 for 45-minute appointments that follow.
$235 for 60-minute and family appointments that follow.
$135 for 30-minute appointments that follow.

We accept most insurance but highly suggest calling your insurance to be sure we are listed as an in-network provider. As a courtesy, we do bill insurance companies. Co-pays or deductible payment is due at time of service. Payment plans can be arranged. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and HSA. The clients can also pay and submit the bills to their own insurance to attempt out of network reimbursement should a clinician not be in their network.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment via InstaMed and you can pay directly on this site.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation or no show fee of $75.
