Jessica Dielentheis

Licensed Professional Counselor

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. She received her graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Educational Psychology with a focus on Community Counseling. Her background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy and experience in the crisis counseling field.





Jessica works with Teens, Adults, and Couples and has experience in the following areas:

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum issues
  • Parenting
  • Women’s Issues
  • LGBTQ issues and identity concerns
  • Couples Therapy
  • Ethical Non-Monogamy related issues

Jessica generally utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Humanistic approaches but is adaptable to the needs of the populations she serves. Jessica enjoys working collaboratively with clients and firmly believes clients are the expert on themselves. She works out of the Plymouth Office Mondays and the Sheboygan office Tuesday-Thursday.

In her free time she enjoys making art, playing music, hiking, watching horror movies, and spending time with her family and pets (a snake, a jumping spider, a tarantula, and a dog).
