Craig L. Abrams

PHD

Dr. Abrams is a psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. He treats a wide array of issues but concentrates most on: mood, anxiety issues (obsessive-compulsive, panic, phobias, hair-pulling, and more), children's behavior, and parenting.

Dr. Abrams’ style is one of active involvement.  Rather than only sitting quietly and listening, Dr. Abrams participates by providing feedback, ideas, suggestions, and plans.  Dr. Abrams notes, “I see therapy as a team effort where I work together with my clients.”

Before living in Wisconsin, Dr. Abrams served as the director of clinical training, overseeing the supervision of doctoral students at Chicago's Mount Sinai Hospital.
