Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Substance Abuse Specialty Authorization. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh. Lindsay has been providing services in the mental heath field as a therapist since 2006 primarily working with adults in individual, couple and group therapy modalities in an outpatient setting. Her theoretical model of therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Lindsay believes counseling is a tool for an individual to grow and learn in a collaborative process with a therapist. As a registered yoga teacher, wife and mother of young children, Lindsay understands the importance of a healthy life balance and strives to unite her professional knowledge with life experience to provide clients compassionate, thoughtful counseling sessions. Lindsay only sees clients 18 years of age or older.
