Kirstin is a graduate of Walden University where she received her Master of Social Work with a
concentration in Clinical Social Work. Kirstin received her training as a substance use counselor from the
University of Wisconsin- Madison. Kirstin believes in building a strong partnership where the client is
empowered to discover their strengths, build their support systems, and build a healthy lifestyle. She is
passionate about
normalizing mental health treatment and creating access to high quality treatment for
all. Kirstin has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution
Focused Therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic and Trauma Informed Care.
Kirstin has a background in working with adults ranging in age from ages 18 and up in both the
community and within partial hospitalization programs. Kirstin has a special interest in working with
veterans. Kirstin works out of the Sheboygan office.
