Jackie graduated from Alverno College where she received her Masters Degree in Community Psychology. She has ten plus years’ experience in the mental health field, primarily working with at-risk youth and adults with a dual diagnosis from various backgrounds. Jackie uses a humanistic approach to help her clients develop their identity to lead their own life journey. She is a trans-racial international adoptee who believes the therapeutic relationship is a collaboration. Both client and therapist bring their inner experiences, individual skill set, and knowledge to work towards identified goals.
Jackie is formally trained in Comprehensive DBT, CBT, ERP, Trauma and Mindfulness. She also uses components from art and play therapy and IFS. She has experience working with early-adolescents, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy. Jackie has a special interest in providing services to individuals affected by the foster care and adoption community. Her other areas of focus include:

Jackie works out of the Plymouth office Monday through Friday.
