Throughout my life, I have been drawn to public service and find myself most fulfilled when providing service to others. My experience covers a wide range of settings from prehospital emergency care, as a Licensed Paramedic to a caregiver in transitional living facilities. In addition to years working as a Therapist in Partial Hospitalization programming and Intensive Outpatient services in the Sheboygan area. 

I have been providing therapeutic services to individuals for over 13 years. My approach to therapy is focused on providing compassion and understanding, while also providing my clients with life skills that can be used daily. My counseling style is a patient-centered approach with tailoring to each individual’s needs. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Integrative Therapy with Trauma Treatment Certification. I provide individual and group counseling for Adolescents and Adults with Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Substance Use.
