Anthony is currently a student intern through Northwestern University where he is receiving a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. After graduation, he is planning to continue his practice here at Life Point Counseling. Anthony’s person centered and collaborative approach to counseling combines elements from different techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative, psychodynamic, and others to meet clients where they are at. This approach conforms sessions to the individual and their needs.
Anthony has a background of working with adolescents ranging in ages from 9 to 17 years old in the youth justice system at a residential setting. He has been a youth counselor working for Lutheran Social Services for 4 years and has worked with individuals of a variety of backgrounds. He also works with adults, groups, couples, and families.
